Left AT&T After 2010?

If you left AT&T after 2010, you may be able to use your previous employee profile to apply for external jobs making the application process a bit easier.

If you had your personal/home email address on your profile before you left AT&T:

  1. Go to connect.att.jobs
  2. Click on Login under Returning Job Seekers
  3. Enter your former ATTUID as your Username
  4. Click on Forgot Password to have a new temporary password sent to you. NOTE: if you had your attuid@att.com as your email address on your profile, this will need to be changed first so you can receive a new temporary password at your personal/home email address. (See below).
  5. Once you receive the temporary password, login again with your Username/ATTUID and temporary password and you will be prompted to create a new password.

  1. Request the email address on your account be changed to your current personal/home email address. Provide your former ATTUID and First and Last Name for verification.
  2. Request your password be reset to allow you to login and create a new password of your choosing.
  3. Upon receiving the temporary password, go to connect.att.jobs
  4. Click on Login under Returning Job Seekers
  5. Login again with your Username/ATTUID and temporary password and you will be prompted to create a new password.
