About the AT&T Marketing & Growth Organization (MGO):

The Marketing & Growth Organization is committed to building out next-generation marketing capabilities that will broaden our skills, deepen our expertise, and better align all AT&T’s marketing and communication resources. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic in-house Studio and Marketing Technology team to lead key initiatives related to Studio Process, Automation, Gen-AI acceleration of Content development, Content Management System (CMS), and Workfront Marketing Resource Management.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of studio creative production, marketing tooling technologies, and prior hands-on programming experience. This role requires a unique blend of creative thinking and technical expertise, as you will be responsible for bridging the gap between creative production and technological execution, effective communication, leadership, and technical expertise to successfully drive program & projects from conception to completion.

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for supporting, improving, and leading the processes, strategies, and tools for the Studio, partnering with Marketing Operations and Marketing Technology.
  • Liaises with Studio, Marketing Technology development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, timely communication, and effective resolution of application issues.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on Studio tool implementation, providing guidance and support for project teams, business stakeholders, compliance, and development teams.
  • Creates documentation of project and operational support activities, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
  • Identifies areas for improvement in the operational support processes and drives initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with Studio, Martech, Marketing Operations and Agency teams to align marketing technology initiatives with business needs, ensuring alignment with business growth plans.
  • Lead the exploration and implementation of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) technologies to enhance creative processes and output.
  • Facilitate change through consulting and collaboration across marketing organization.
  • Facilitate UAT testing and Compliance/Assurance, including audit and compliance review and management, process and quality reviews and audits.
  • Conduct data mining and analysis necessary for reporting metrics, performance analysis and gap analysis.
  • Ability to create and deliver leadership level presentations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to varying audiences including senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, while operating effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of studio creative tooling and marketing solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of CMS concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with knowledge of software development life cycle and software development methodologies including Agile.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including persuasion and conflict management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Creative Technology, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe suites and related Project Management tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Workfront, Express, Fusion); emphasis on Advanced Workfront and Excel.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program and Project Management
  • Implementation and management of Marketing & Creative Development tooling and systems.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
