New Business Development: Identify and engage with new prospects to acquire new logos and grow existing business.
Strategic Selling: Position AT&T solutions through value-based consultative selling, business case development, ROI analysis, and leveraging references to create and identify new opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop contacts at various hierarchical levels within customer organizations to deliver and drive business-oriented solutions.
Deal Qualification and Management: Qualify and drive large deals and RFPs from initial qualification to closure.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate all required resources, both in-region and out-of-region, including solutioning, pricing, and contracting, to deliver proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to win new business.
Handover to Delivery: Ensure a smooth handover to delivery and service assurance teams once a deal is won.
Customer Lifecycle Support: Provide ownership and support for customer activities throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on efficient communication, coordination, and prompt resolution of issues, utilizing internal support teams and tools.
Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed all applicable sales metrics.
Sales Funnel Management: Maintain an organized sales funnel through Salesforce and keep an updated sales activity forecast.
Revenue Forecasting: Accurately forecast revenues for each customer.
Strategic Account Planning: Create strategic account plans for each customer, presenting and developing win strategies, contact mapping, and identifying main opportunities at their earliest stages.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in international Telco business and/or account management.
Track Record: Proven history of over-achieving goals in previous positions, particularly with multinational organizations.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work across global virtual teams and partner organizations.
Team player, resourceful, willingness to continuously learn through coaching/teaming, process-oriented, results-driven, and possessing a "can-do" and “refuse to lose” attitude.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; Flemish and French are an asset but not required.
Willingness to face challenges, handle high workloads, and travel to meet clients face-to-face as needed.
Technical Skills: Understanding of the AT&T Portfolio of solutions (wireline and wireless), Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Degree-level education or equivalent.
