DUTIES: AT&T Services, Inc., is seeking a Lead Product Management & Development in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] responsible for the success of a product or group of products through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan including new and emerging products, technologies and/or applications. Engage with the business team and stakeholder at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements, and make recommendations on the solution and implementation. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Commerce domain (Product & Offer in Catalog, Cart, Checkout, Fulfillment, Pricing). Serve as a key liaison between Business, UI and Domain Engineering teams to facilitate product development. Conduct multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share/penetration, and profitability objectives. Monitor products for all defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class customer experience. Acts as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams and organization. Understand data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts. development. Complete functional and technical analysis for new features and technical projects. Write technical documentation including architecture diagram & sequence diagrams. Participate in Program Increment Planning, write/enhance/research Epics & Features, and be responsible as business lead and central subject matter expert. Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform a variety of tasks to help delivering more value to our customers. Develop and mentor other product managers in the team. Work with software development, web, and microservice technologies. Convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives. Work in product roadmap assessment and planning. Drive and gather business requirements, prioritization, assessments and solutioning. Work with the business and technical team. Coordinate/lead solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams. Work in business process analysis and identify, manage, and correct user experience and business process issues. Work within scaled agile development team. Utilize REST APIs, Web Services, Queuing/Service Bus concepts and tools. Present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders. Utilize Technical skills including Splunk/EFK, Quantum Metric, Jira, full stack web design, and application design.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Applied Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation working with software development, web, and microservice technologies; converting consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives; working in product roadmap assessment and planning; driving and gathering business requirements, prioritization, assessments and solutioning; working with the business and technical team; coordinating/leading solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams; working in business process analysis and identifying, managing, and correcting user experience and business process issues; working within scaled agile development team; utilizing REST APIs, Web Services, Queuing/Service Bus concepts and tools; presenting complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders; utilizing Technical skills including Splunk/EFK, Quantum Metric, Jira, full stack web design, and application design.
