As a Lead Solution Architect you will be responsible for:
Defining Technical Solution and ensuring alignment;
Providing technical leadership for the evolving architectural capabilities of the entire solution.
Working closely with the Enterprise Architects and System Engineers to ensure that individual program and product strategies align with business and technical objectives.
Facilitating important design decisions for development teams; local authority.
This career step requires senior level experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Specifies the components and their interactions that comprise the End to End Integrated Architecture including: Work with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to define high-level solution;
Determine the primary components and subsystems and analyze technical trade-offs;
Identify interfaces and collaborations between them, define higher-level functional Nonfunctional Requirements NFRs;
Defines a shared technical and architectural vision focused on creating technical alignment for the full Solution rather than concerns for specific components;
Work with portfolio stakeholders, customers, Enterprise Architects, System Engineers and development teams to align the architectural direction;
Establish incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway;
Abstraction and generalization to preserve architectural flexibility;
Ensure that common technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable;
and Facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns; Influence common modeling, design, and coding practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills/knowledge:
6 + years of Expert knowledge with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch platforms
Expert in AKS/Kubernetes
Cloud environment experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math, Developer nanodegree
6 + years building an enterprise level ES solution.
6 + years upgrading Elasticsearch /OpenSearch versions.
Expert knowledge on ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana)
Expert knowledge in Java, memory management, find tuning, etc.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Dev/Ops knowledge
Strong Analytical and Communication skills
Desired Qualifications and Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge with Observability Logging solutions – ElasticSearch /OpenSearch
Create and manage Elasticsearch/OpenSearch Clusters
Fine tune bulk load process
Provide ElasticSearch/OpenSearch tuning/optimizing based on application needs
Well versed with Java REST client API
Contribute to team design discussions with detailed technical information
Develop code with quality, scalability and extensibility
Provide work breakdown and estimates for complex software development tasks
Identify strategic/tactical solutions and provides risk assessments and recommendations
Support ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana) and OpenSearch stack solutions
Job Contribution:
Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.
Education:
Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Typically requires 5-8 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Lead Solution Architecture, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual ,not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
