DUTIES: Senior Software Engineer needed by AT&T Services, Inc in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to work on JAVA back-end and micro services platform development for the Nimbus and DaaS team. Design, develop and test product epics and features with digital customer engagement. Improve customer experience and drive down customer care cases and unnecessary dispatches. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in self-care related capabilities in platform and applications. Work in an Agile environment to refine business requirements work with product owner. Support architects to define and lay out system interfaces and data flows and system interfaces. Provide defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class customer experience. Work with business partners to balance business and technical objectives and technology partners to deliver the product that meets reliability, scalability, and performance goals. Implement self-care and self-install management services. Work on application testing using automation frameworks. Develop and execute test cases using both manual and automated methodologies. Use cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Chef. Utilize skillset including Java, REST services, Spring, NoSql technologies, MongoDb, Cassandra, Kafka, MQ, Rabbit, Splunk, Grafana, Kibana, Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Applied Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 2 Years of experience in the job offered, or 2 Years of experience in a related occupation working on application testing using automation frameworks; developing and executing test cases using both manual and automated methodologies; using cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Chef; and utilizing skillset including Java, REST services, Spring, NoSql technologies, MongoDb, Cassandra, Kafka, MQ, Rabbit, Splunk, Grafana, Kibana, Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
Our Senior Software Engineers earn between $155,200 - $231,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
