  • Perform post-install optimization and acceptance support using walk test data, field measurements, and KPI analysis.

  • Analyze LTE and 5G NR RF performance and recommend design or optimization changes based on metrics such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, throughput, PRB utilization, PCI planning, and interference conditions.

  • Ensure designs meet applicable carrier requirements, customer requirements, venue constraints, and safety and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with project managers, OEMs, system integrators, construction teams, venue IT/facilities teams, AT&T engineering teams, and external carrier partners to support successful project delivery.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 to 10 years of RF engineering experience in in-building wireless, DAS, private cellular, small cell, or related RF design environments.
