Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the voice of AT&T, handling customers’ inquiries over the phone
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering appropriate solutions
Address a range of issues related to AT&T converged products and services
Requirements:
Fluent in English (B2-C1 level)
Flexible to work in an 18/7 environment to serve a global customer base
Ability to create a positive customer impression
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
Logical thinking and a passion for problem solving
Interest in technology and eagerness to learn
Resilience and strong work ethic suitable for a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a technical or support center is a plus, but not required
Important Information:
Contract Type: Unlimited, Full Time (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day)
Start Date: January 2025
Hours of Operations: 18h/7d (shift schedule during afternoon and night hours, including weekends)
Salary: Starting from 35 000 CZK gross per month, with potential increases based on skill increments and shift premiums (average salary: ~48 000 CZK/month)
Bonuses: High-performing employees may receive various bonuses. All employees are eligible for an annual discretionary company bonus (~5% of base annual salary). Terms and conditions apply. All figures are pre-tax gross amounts.
Selection Process: One video interview and one in person (face-to-face) interview with the hiring manager in AT&T offices
Workplace Location: Initially, you will spend 6 months in the office, including the training period. Post this period, while your primary assignment will be office-based, you can discuss the possibility of hybrid work with your supervisor, subject to approval based on performance and home office conditions. The company reserves the right to call employees back to the office as needed.
