Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View:
Supervises a target size team of 10 or more IT employees (with at least 4 level 2 employees) that are responsible for the development and delivery of IT related work relative to the technical sub families including Agile, Application Design and Programming, Business Support, Database, Systems Architecture and Engineering, Systems Technical Support, and Technical Disciplines of Software Delivery Proj/Prog Mgmt.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Manages a team composed of one or more scrum teams that provide IT system solutions and performs functions involved in the development and integrity of new inbound/outbound voice VA (Virtual Assistant)/ IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications or platforms and ecosystem components utilizing Generative AI and CCAS (Contact Center As a Service) solutions. In addition to the support and maintenance of existing applications, platforms, and ecosystem components.
Coordinates Agile software development lifecycle process using the ADO and iTrack tools.
In addition, may assist in the coordination, evaluation and partnership with technology vendors (Accenture. Avaya, Genesys, Google, Infosys, Tech Mahindra), outside consultants and internal dotted line resources as needed.
Works closely with other business areas, as well as other IT organizations, to identify and quantify business issues associated with specific projects, develop, and implement business strategy, and assist in setting strategic technical direction.
Provides leadership for projects, including such activities as collaborating with the client to develop business cases, defining business and technical requirements, preparing detailed plans and schedules, calculating resource allocation and assignment, providing ongoing coordination, and tracking of capital and expense funding and preparing actual vs. budget analysis.
Supervises and develops a team of subordinates, conducts joint goal setting and performance reviews, as well as assists in the allocation of resources, financial responsibilities and some long-range planning.
Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer or Data Analytics nanodegree;or equivalent experience.

Our Assoc Director-Technology II, earns between $155,400.00-$233,200.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
