Job Description:
LOCATION - DALLAS, TX (HQ) OR ATLANTA, GA (LENOX).
Overall Purpose: This role is responsible for managing a team of Learning & Development professionals that collaborate and support the AT&T Business Enterprise & Mid-Markets Channels in developing objectives for trainings linked to corporate initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Directs the work of Learning & Development professionals that are responsible for understanding the client’s business goals and identifying training solutions to improve business results. Evaluates the performance, career planning and development for the team. Influences decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates. Oversees the process of partnering with vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the training content. Develops methods for evaluation of Learning & Development program effectiveness.
Education: Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science degree preferred
