About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting data analytics, developing insightful dashboards for the access and identity management (IAM) organization. These insights would help CSO make decisions to improve security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics and Dashboard Development:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential security threats.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key security metrics and insights.
Provide actionable intelligence and reports to stakeholders based on data analysis.
Identity and Access Management (IAM):
Support IAM initiatives by analyzing access patterns and identifying potential vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with IAM teams to ensure the implementation of best practices and compliance with policies.
Assist in the automation of IAM processes to enhance efficiency and security.
Risk Management and Remediation:
Monitor and analyze security incidents to understand their impact and develop remediation plans.
Document and communicate lessons learned from security incidents to prevent future occurrences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in cybersecurity data analysis, preferably within a cybersecurity organization.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI as well the Microsoft tool stack: SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate.
Strong understanding of IAM principles and technologies.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar.
Experience with cloud security and related tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their application in cybersecurity.
Job Contribution:
Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.
Education:
Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.
Experience:
Typically requires 5-8 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Lead Cybersecurity, earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
