DNA is a business analytics platform designed to help Sourcing Managers, Executives and Business Unit leaders make data-informed decisions by streamlining data analysis and reporting for the business. It includes multiple modules that expose Spend, Contract, and Supplier data in an aggregated manner which allows users to have visibility of these 3 dimensions across the company.
Roles & Responsibilities: This position is for a product manager role in the DNA team, where you will:
- Specify the components and their interactions that comprise the End-to-End Integrated Architecture
- Work with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define high-value solutions
- Determine the primary components and subsystems and analyze technical trade-offs
- Define a shared technical and architectural vision focused on creating technical alignment for the full Solution rather than concerns for specific components
- Work with product stakeholders, users, Enterprise Architects, Engineers and development teams to align the architectural direction
- Establish incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway
- Abstraction and generalization to preserve architectural flexibility
- Ensure that common technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable
- Have ownership over product optimization and features
- Drive product features through their entire creative cycle (ideation, specification, development, release, analysis and iteration)
- Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area
- Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas
- Partner with product designers to ensure a simple and delightful user experience in our products
- Work with engineers to help guide feature development
- Perform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimization
- Define key performance indicators that drive company goals and achieve them.
Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years product experience
- Ability to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
- An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovative
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Strong communication skills
- A desire to make the world a better place through technology and data
Our Senior Solution Architect Supply Chain earn between $130,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual in Dallas, TX, and Bedminster, NJ. Our Senior Solution Architect Supply Chain earn between $116,700.00 - $175,100 USD Annual in Atlanta, GA. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
