AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain (WTSC) Strategy Team focuses on collaborative problem-solving, strategic analysis, and analytical support to directly impact billions of dollars of AT&T’s cost structure and future investments, while driving best-in-class practices across AT&T’s vast supply chain and wireline networks.
Our Senior Strategy Consultants work in small teams to support and lead projects and craft actionable, innovative recommendations for AT&T’s senior leadership. You’ll analyze the impact of industry trends, emerging technologies, macroeconomic & competitive factors, and third-party supplier spend & engagement.
You’ll provide:
Thought leadership and strategic analysis on fast-paced, complex opportunities and challenges facing AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain organization
Fact-based negotiation support, including industry analytics, competitive event strategy, and “should cost” negotiation benchmarking
Best-in-class market intelligence including M&A monitoring, supplier financial health assessments, and supply chain visibility to best position AT&T for success
Creative, strategic solutions to drive meaningful transformation for AT&T’s operations and cost structure

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with management consulting, analytics, strategy, or other related experience
Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
Ability to provide structured thinking to deconstruct complex problems and help advance strategic initiatives with data-driven solutions
Ability to work with multiple sources of data to develop financial and operational models
Strong communication (both oral and written) skills and presentation skills
Effective leadership and teamwork skills working with cross-functional teams
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or another highly strategic/analytical role; ideally with exposure to the telecommunications or technology industries
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Supply Chain related field
Exposure to software, mechanical, and electrical engineering concepts
MBA
This position is located in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA. Relocation assistance is not available. Sponsorship assistance is not available.
Our Senior Consultant - Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain Strategy earns in Dallas between: $118,800 - $178,200 USD and in Atlanta between : $106,100 - $159,100 USD, along with all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
