Provide support to risk management and loss prevention programs by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to protect assets economically and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Risk Assessment and Analysis: Identify, assess, and prioritize organizational risks using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Develop and conduct regular risk evaluations.
Risk Mitigation Strategies: Create and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize potential risks. Monitor and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, laws, and standards. Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare required documentation.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk management activities for senior management and stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive records of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required, including collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing risk management software, providing expert advice, and leading incident response efforts.
Skills Desired for this Role:
Investigates and determines liability on claims resulting from third party damages to the AT&T network.
Must have a working knowledge of the outside plant damage repair process.
Must be able to review photographic evidence, support documents and AT&T facility maps to assist in liability determination.
Job Contribution:
A professional with solid knowledge of fundamental concepts and organizational practices, working on smaller projects.
Exercises judgment in the absence of prescribed guidelines or policies determine appropriate action.
Works under minimal supervision with independent judgement.

Our Specialist Risk Mgmt, earn between $64,200 - $96,400 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
