Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SailPoint IdentityIQ architect/developer
Strong background in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, including integration with ServiceNow, Workday, and Fieldglass
Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Technical Skills & Responsibilities:
Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and support of all aspects of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, specifically to address security requirements and enhance our organization's security posture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including automation of IAM/security processes.
Develop and maintain SailPoint workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations to automate security processes and improve efficiency.
Provide support for software coding and customization including, but not limited to: user interfaces, workflow administration, integration, scripting, third party software integration, out of the box and custom connector development, understanding and use of SailPoint API’s, and designing and development of SailPoint plugins.
Update and maintain a comprehensive testing suite to support out of the box (OOTB) as well as custom connectors and integration with the purpose of regression testing.
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues related to data ingestion and external integration
Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to create sustainable solutions in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.
Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and proactively recommend improvements to enhance our IAM/security operations.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Ability to work both independently and in various team settings.
Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of setting priorities.
Flexible to accommodate time-zones as teams are geographically dispersed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, and Compliance, to ensure alignment and integration of security processes within the SailPoint platform.

Drive troubleshooting of issues identifying root cause and working with cross functional teams, or with the SailPoint vendor as required to address issues in a timely manner Experience with programming and web technologies Java / BeanShell, JavaScript, SPML/SOAP, JSF, Log4j, XML, SQL and a J2EE / Java EE 5 Application Server such as Tomcat, WebSphere, or WebLogic.
