About the Job:
The Control Testing & Reporting (CTR) team is part of Chief Security Office (CSO) and responsible for testing information technology and information security controls owned and operated by AT&T Technology Services (ATS) (which includes CSO). The Planning, Governance & Reporting (PGR) team is part of and supports the Control Testing & Reporting (CTR) team in planning of testing activities (annual test calendar preparation, headcount planning etc.), governance of testing activities (resource allocation, compliance with Control Testing Methodology, skill enhancement, monitoring etc.), as well as reporting the results to both CTR and ATS leadership.
This Senior Specialist joins the PGR team to work and collaborate with our control testing leads, control testers, and technology leadership to plan and govern the control testing activities in an effective and efficient manner. This person also supports periodic status reporting of the testing activities as well as periodic risk reporting based on the results of our control testing activities.

Responsibilities Include:
Working with CTR team leadership in understanding the planning, governance, and reporting needs for the team.
Designing efficient and effective processes to support various activities within planning, governance, and reporting areas and owning the end-to-end execution of those processes.
Generating periodic risk reports that provide a clear articulation of risk to ATS’s objectives using the test results and open issues produced by the testers.
Mentoring and supporting junior team members with advice and training.
Project managing the development of a Control Testing Methodology and other key components of Technology Risk Management Framework (TRMF) and tooling that are related to or impact control testing.
Establishing a document storage and archival approach to efficiently collect, store, distribute, and destroy planning, governance and reporting data in a reliable and secure manner.
Acting as a custodian of test results, risk reports, methodologies, standards, tools, and processes used or produced by the CTR team.
Required skills:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management, planning, governance, and reporting within Technology Risk Management or Consulting or Assurance space with at least 5 of those years specifically supporting Assurance.
