Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Lead – Digital Customer Growth to join our team.  The candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital Accessories business. As a digital business owner, the candidate will have responsibility for delivering the online Accessory KPIs & metrics. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of the Accessory business online through strategic planning, functional assessments, developing innovative roadmaps & business cases, execution/launch and post-launch analysis.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving digital sales, digital optimization, A/B testing, analytics/funnel reporting, regular presentations to leadership and roadmap creation to build and grow an online business.  This role may have 1 person reporting to them focused on offer execution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Digital Strategy and building eCommerce experiences:  Define digital strategy for category and develop innovative roadmaps. Conduct strategic planning and functional assessments to identify growth opportunities for digital features. Drive scope & business requirements.  Build robust business cases and roadmaps to capitalize on opportunities.  Innovate post-sales experience to increase product adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms.  Partner with product managers to optimize experiences & drive digital adoption.   Enhance digital sales channels , manage online launch rollouts and online offer development to ensure a coordinated and effective customer experience that drives revenue and customer satisfaction. Maintain and grow strong relationships with partner & stakeholder teams.  Create and deliver regular performance updates to leadership and a plan to grow.


• Customer Journey and Experience Management: Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys effectively, ensuring coordinated touchpoints that offer AT&T products and features at the right times. Ideate, develop, and advocate for initiatives on product and technology roadmaps, such as converged customer buy flows and enhanced cross-selling capabilities, while partnering closely with technology, product, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute these digital initiatives.


• Technology and Innovation: Lead a test & learn mindset, adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning. Identify key problems or opportunities across digital and partner with design and technology teams to align on a clear path forward. Focus on key trends and growth drivers such as personalization and scalable AI use cases.


• Data Analytics and Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics. Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies. Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance customer journeys, improve site performance, and drive digital sales growth across AT&T’s ecosystem. Self serve to manage performance, analytics & funnel reporting. Includes episodic performance, offer performance, performance against KPIs. Develop leadership readouts on performance and sales story. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand drivers and enable data-driven decisions. Develop comprehensive analytics and funnel reporting to operate and manage the business effectively.


Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions., implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered

Work Locations:  Bothell, WA or Dallas, TX

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related ecommerce and/or product experience. Proven experience in digital strategy, digital sales, ecommce sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and continuous improvement processes.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe or similar tools.
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Our Lead Digital Customer Growth earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
