About this Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Customer Growth Traffic Lead (B2C) to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing traffic strategies aimed at driving consumers to our digital platforms, boosting our online presence, and generating high-quality leads. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, sales, and engagement teams to craft and execute strategies that attract, engage, and convert our target consumer audiences.
About the Digital Customer Growth Business Team The Digital Customer Growth Business Team is accountable for driving sustainable growth by deeply understanding and championing our customers, captivating them with compelling products, services, and experiences, and building a culturally relevant and beloved brand. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital demand generation strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads.
Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Ability to analyze traffic performance to determine optimal mix to achieve revenue KPIs.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the engagement team to ensure alignment between traffic generation and experience improvement initiatives.
Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless lead handoffs.
Partner with product teams to prioritize new capabilities needed to drive traffic growth by creating business cases that showcase ROI.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent work experience will also be considered.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2C environment.
Proven track record of successfully driving traffic and generating leads through digital channels.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to executive leadership.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising platforms.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to present performance and complex problems or solutions to executive leadership.
Creative thinker with a data-driven and customer first mindset.
Our Lead Digital Customer Growth earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
