Job Description:
As a Credit & Collections Specialist/Analyst your task will be to collect the balance, understanding the problems our customers are facing, interpreting the information in your tools and guiding our customers to a complete resolution. Of course, not every issue can be addressed during your call. In some cases, you will have to connect them to other specialists, who will resolve their issues.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the primary contact for customer support at AT&T.
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing appropriate solutions.
Handle tasks related to payment options, bill charges, and overdue account payments.
Collaborate with internal teams (Billing, Accounts Payable, Sales, etc.).
Manage incoming calls from Business and Residence customers for revenue collection.
Make outbound calls or send written correspondence to collect delinquent bills.
Record data and complete forms using an online system while conversing with customers.
Resolve discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements or credit extensions.
Compute and quote adjustments, credit requirements, balances, and rates.
Take necessary actions on delinquent accounts, including service restorals, denials, and disconnects.
Perform related clerical work.
Make decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and support company revenue goals.
What you’ll bring:
Fluency in English (B2-C1 level).
Flexibility to work afternoon shifts (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM).
2+ years experience in Billing or Collection
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with PC/Windows.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation: Salary starting from 2,180 EUR gross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
