Salary for Slovakia startingfrom 4,200 EUR gross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
Role Overview: The Custom Contract Deal Lead is a pivotal role responsible for leading the creation of customized contract documents that incorporate special pricing and/or pre-approved billing terms. This role requires a blend of legal, business, and telecommunications expertise to ensure contracts meet both client needs and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret ICB Rate Letters and translate their content into pre-approved contract templates using product-specific tools and methodologies.
Incorporate pre-approved custom billing terms and credit scenarios into AT&T contract documents, ensuring all necessary approvals are in place and stored in ROME/Salesforce prior to contract release.
Evaluate request requirements, ensure necessary approvals are documented, and uploaded to ROME/Salesforce.
Assist AT&T staff and Sales teams in understanding and coordinating activities related to AT&T contracts, including procuring Russian Local Contracts.
Manage multiple simultaneous requests, collaborating with Sales, Pricing, Billing, Product, and Legal teams to clarify requirements and operational supportability.
Collaborate closely with GO&S partners, such as SBM, EDL, EN, and ECL.
Make balanced decisions between meeting client requirements and protecting AT&T’s interests, impacting bid response success and negotiated deals.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
University Degree in legal, business, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in an international telecommunications environment in a comparable role.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Thorough knowledge of international telecommunications legal best practices
Good understanding of the international telecommunications market.
Customer-facing experience in a pre-sales/sales environment.
Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and resources successfully.
Experience working with cross-functional and international project teams.
