Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Configuration: Customize tables, fields, and forms to meet organizational needs.
Business Rules & UI Policies: Define and implement robust business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
Workflow & Approvals: Configure workflows and approval processes using user-friendly, UI-based editor tools, ensuring seamless operations.
Service Portals & Widgets: Design and configure engaging service portals, widgets, and catalog items to enhance user experience.
User Roles & Permissions:Partner with the team to establish and manage user roles, groups, and permissions to maintain security and streamline access.
Customization:Tailor software solutions or add-ons to align with the organization's processes and workflows without the need for custom coding, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in configuring features in the Workday platform with HR focus (ideal: Workday’s recruiting module); 8+ years of experience in similar industry in total
Advanced Excel and or MS 365 (e.g. MS PoweQuery)
Robust experience with translating client requirements, self-sufficiently refine HR business needs, configure and test accordingly
Highly analytical – trained to apply an end-to end approach that systematically reviews diverse impact scenarios, e.g. reviewing solutions from data intake, via data changes until data output effects on reporting and integrations
Proficient in English
Education: University degree (preferred Masters, preferred Computer Science)
Certifications: Relevant Workday certifications are desired.
Self-sufficient and driven - used to virtual management, well organized, able to balance competing items and manage against timelines
Leadership: Individual contributor
Working time: EMEA with flexibility
Location: Bratislava, Kosice or Brno; hybrid model with office preference (2-3 days)
