Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a strong background in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the development of custom Salesforce applications and integrations with other systems.
Implement and maintain Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior Salesforce developers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Experience in leading of cross-functional teams and projects
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

Location: These roles are hybrid-flex positions, requiring presence in the office 1-3 times per week. Occasional travel between locations in Brno/Bratislava may be required.
Compensation:
Salary for Slovakia starting from 4 000EUR gross monthly.
Salary for Czech Republic starting from 121 000 CZK gross monthly.
Salary for Poland starting from 19 600 PLN gross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
