AT&T has an opening for a Senior Service Scheduler to support the contract Program Management Office (PMO). Working as the Senior Service Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining multiple Microsoft Project (MSP) schedules that align with our System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) readiness process. Keeping track of high-level project milestones and schedules for service areas across the program to ensure schedules are being collaborated both internally and with external partners including tracking all the key dependencies to ensure we are executing within our Service Level Objectives (SLO). This position will report to the Master Service Scheduler and other Service Schedulers.
The job duties of the Senior Service Scheduler are as follows:
Design and develop project schedule using Microsoft (MS) Project or other scheduling tools.
Maintain schedules for multiple project and work with the integrated master scheduler (IMS) to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project requirements as scheduled.
Work with program functional leads, Service Business Leads (SBLs), PMs, and their teams to assist with defining scope of work, identify dependencies, critical milestones, issues and activities, cost information and identification of variances from original plans and incorporate them into the program schedule.
Perform analysis on critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.
Conduct analysis to identify risks and scheduling issues and determine courses of actions (COAs) to recover slips to the schedules.
Create various reports, documents, spreadsheets and presentations on project schedule activities and milestones.
Work with management team to identify risks that affect project costs, profits, and customer relations
Develops recommendations to not only achieve the organization’s scheduling objectives but satisfy contractual obligations with the Government.
Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases inventories, filing (hard or softcopy), and status reports/tracking.
Performs a variety of tasks associated with network service project.
This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Required Qualifications: Candidate must have 16 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. (NOTE: This equates to a Doctorate and 8 years, master’s and 10 years, bachelor’s and 12 years, associates and 14 years or HS diploma and 16 years).
Required qualification include the following:
Experience working in a team environment within a professional office setting.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and ability to manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Our Senior Service Scheduler (IT/IA/IM Proj Integrator III) (Government) earns between $79,300 - $160,000 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
