Contribute to Infra Engineering Tools/Solutions implementation on on-prem to make Platform secure, scalable, resilient, monitored, auditable and cost-optimized. • Monitoring and troubleshooting microservice-based applications from application and infrastructure engineering perspectives in Hybrid Environments. • Perform Platform Infrastructure Periodic Maintenance, and upgrades. • Develop and Enhance Automation on Hybrid infrastructure deployments, maintenance Operational challenges and Enable transformation tools. • Provide Root cause analysis for Network, Application, Infra, Service, by continuously measuring and investigating for performance deviations with documentation to serve as future prevention. • Build, manage, and maintain deployment, monitoring, and operations tools. • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to achieve the highest quality and performance. • Focus on scalability, security, and availability of all infrastructure and processes. • Identifying and addressing infrastructure deficiencies, availability gaps, and performance bottlenecks • Serve as escalation for T2-T3 cloud infrastructure support. • Infra and software maintenance by providing support for patching and remediating vulnerabilities. • Help to determine the technical feasibility of solutions for business requirements. • Collaborate with peer organizations, product delivery teams, and support organizations on technical issues and provide guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. • 5+ years of experience working in Engineering or T3/expert Support for application or infra. • 2+ years of experience in Application and infrastructure Troubleshooting with Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, Nginx, Elk, and Dynatrace. • 3+ years of experience working core technologies Kubernetes, Kafka, and Redis. • 3+ years in-depth experience with Hybrid environments in a high-traffic production setting. • 2+ years in-depth working experience with Astra, Service now • 2+ years in Hybrid environments in a high-traffic production setting. • 1+ years’ experience in application migrations to cloud using native patterns. • Recognized certification(s) such as Kubernetes, Devops or other recognized technology certifications in this space.
