About the Job:
The Associate Director – Cybersecurity, will lead a team of individuals focused on design technology within the Identity and Access Management space. The position will be responsible for ensuring our identity and access management experience for our employees and customers meet business and security needs.
About the Team:
The Associate Director will lead a team of designers, strategists, content writers and SMEs to create identity experiences, create prototypes, perform user testing, gather end-user feedback, and identify and address user pain-points. The ideal candidate will have experience in both design principles as well as identity and access management principles to understand the technology and security implications of proposed design solutions. The candidate must have a strong attention to detail, user empathy, and be able to communicate and read-out to various levels of users and leadership. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding or ability to learn out of the box identity tools that align with our strategy and understand how those tools will impact our workforce day-to-day tasks and ensure we are empowering and enabling the business for success adoption and use.

Our Assoc Director-Cybersecurity , earns between $174,100.00-$261,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
