Designs experiences for acquisition, care or product across all platforms using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.
Designs, prototypes and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements to both communicate and move a user efficiently and effortlessly through tasks and experiences.
Analyzes strategy and contributes to the design groups efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organizations digital offerings.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
-Has proven, overall design knowledge, as well as expertise in UX design. Can independently manage multiple projects, as well as a team of people.
-Responsible for advising and decision-making on AT&T processes, roles and resources related to design.
Job Contribution:
Education:
Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Expert-level, real- world experience in design (8-10 years) with working knowledge of managing projects and teams independently.

Our Associate Director-User Experience, earns between $174,100.00-$261,100.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
