The Director will design, develop and recommend packaging strategies and programs for Converged Products and Services, and Experiences within the AT&T portfolio.

This position contributes to the development of AT&T Mass Markets convergence objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

This position, serving as convergence thought leader, requires high level of interpersonal relationships skills and influence, building working partnerships across Mass Markets Pricing, Mass Markets Product, MGO, Commercialization, CTX, and Finance, continuously driving alignment across these partners.

 Viewed as Converged Package product manager within AT&T: 

  • Conducts multi-year product planning to determine and execute product lifecycle decisions and is accountable for revenue attainment and profitability.
  • Develops business plans and positioning of cutting edge Converged products, packages, services and/or experiences in the marketplace.
  • Ensures delivery, execution, and consistency for all product launches, aligning with marketing and corporate strategy.
  • Oversees the product performance, revenue, market share, penetration, and profitability objectives to determine and recommend product iterations and marketing expenditures.

Serving as Convergence Experience program manager within AT&T: 

  • Works with and organizes cross-functional teams to help define the end-to-end Converged (and multi-product) customer experience strategy, identifying gaps, prioritizing remediation plans, and establishing requirements, across all customer episodes and channels.
  • This position is the voice of the customer and customer-facing employees, providing subject matter expertise on customer journeys and experience for converged products and services, and multi-product customers.
  • Acts as Program Manager, aligning cross-functional teams to timely execute the Converged Strategy and Roadmaps, including packaging and experience.
  • Supports requirements for channel readiness to include but not limited to training, communications and launch support documentation.

The Director will also evaluate the performance, career planning and development for the team. Influences decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Education:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree on a business-related field (Business Administration, Marketing), or equivalent professional experience.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Agile Product certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • Requires 10+ years’ experience in similar area of responsibility and 2+ supervisory.
