DUTIES: Perform application monitoring, application problem management resolution, and service assurance management including monitoring status and metrics. Lead large production operation support teams. Tune and configure applications and infrastructure components. Understand requirements and test, deploy, monitor, and support production applications. Complete work associated with the implementation of new applications and changes to existing applications, scheduling, application change management, and implementation. Provide continuous integration, configuration management, business requirement assessment, and release management. Work with application availability, MTTR, MTBF, upgrades in production, and ICMS SOX controls. Utilize CDO data warehouse application architecture to analyze (E2E) business transaction flows across application eco-systems. Operate with batch jobs and schedules that transverse On Prem to the cloud with external vendors for various cloud technologies. Manage fixed bid contracts. Work with Enterprise Data Technology (EDT) and data warehouses to support multiple large data warehouses and data lake applications. Utilize sales operations performance data marts including Sunrise. Develop using UNIX, Linux, Shell, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. Provide trouble ticket management and root cause analysis. Drive outages from Infra, databases, Tier1 and Tier2 support perspectives, and action item assignments.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Engineering and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation working with application availability, MTTR, MTBF, upgrades in production, and ICMS SOX controls; utilizing CDO data warehouse application architecture to analyze (E2E) business transaction flows across application eco-systems; working with Enterprise Data Technology (EDT) and data warehouses to support multiple large data warehouses and data lake applications; utilizing sales operations performance data marts including Sunrise; developing using UNIX, Linux, Shell, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks; providing trouble ticket management and root cause analysis; and driving outages from Infra, databases, Tier1 and Tier2 support perspectives, and action item assignments.
