Overall Purpose: Responsible for the efficient and effective project management and marketing of total wellbeing initiatives to employees and their dependents.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: As a Lead Benefits Operations Consultant on the Enrollment & Wellbeing team, you will focus on engaging and educating our employees around our total wellbeing benefits and programs. This role will function as a grassroots marketer, building partnerships across the business, HR, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), etc. and leveraging data to empower engaging communications and employee events that inspire action across our members. This role will manage companywide promotions and events of AT&T’s vast wellbeing programs with a key focus on AT&T’s financial wellbeing programs and services. Specifically, you will be responsible for project management, vendor implementation and integration, communication and event strategy development, and stakeholder management including benefits leadership, supply chain, legal, payroll, benefit finance, and others. This role works closely with corporate communications, legal, health & welfare benefits design, benefit vendor managers, and various subject matter experts in the benefits organization. Additionally, you will partner with the Enrollment & Wellbeing team to develop strategies and implement marketing, communication and wellbeing campaigns, employee events, resources, presentations, and more.
A successful candidate will possess strong marketing, project management, and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of leadership (including creating and presenting). The ability to curate and create communications across multiple medias is preferred (i.e., print, video, digital, etc.). Qualified candidates should have the ability to deal with ambiguous, complex issues and possess problem solving and critical thinking skills. Leadership skills and experiences with team collaboration is essential. Knowledge of healthcare, wellbeing or benefits is valued. You must be able to read and interpret benefit plans, collective bargaining contracts and other requirements documentation.

Our Lead Benefits Consultant earn between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
