This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Oversees the development, implementation, management, and evolution of the Human Resources (HR) Supplier Governance (HRSG) compliance programs and corresponding documentation including risk assessments. Also included is the oversight of the HR Benefits Supplier Governance program.
The HRSG Program supports HR business units in managing supplier data security risks as required under several internal AT&T policies and external laws and regulations. It also supports the AT&T Group Health Plan in satisfying the HIPAA regulations requirement for an ongoing risk assessment process.
Primary responsibilities are grouped in 3 areas, Contract Management, Compliance Monitoring, and Ad Hoc Stakeholder Management
Contract Management - Oversight and management of the following processes:
- Pre-Contract Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Supplier Information Security Requirement Pre-Assessments
- Contract Signature Schedule of Authorizations
- Supplier & Contract Inventory
- Supplier Subcontractor Inventory
- Contract Repository
Compliance Monitoring - Development, implementation, and management of the following processes:
- HR Suppliers Risk Assessment
- HR Suppliers Oversight Plans
- Security Assessments
- Privacy Assessments
- Data Security Assessments
- Data Disclosure Assessments
Ad Hoc Stakeholder Management - Working across Chief Data Office, Chief Security Office, Chief Privacy Office, and other areas of the business:
- Development of relationships and partnerships
- Clear and Concise Communication to all stakeholders
- Coordination on new or changing standards
- Application of current and evolving standards
- Appropriate inclusion or exclusion of HR and/or Benefits suppliers to various corporate policies and procedures
Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5-7 years risk assessment, compliance, privacy or related field/equivalent experience.
Supervisory: No.
