As a member of the AT&T Indirect business segment, the Lead Data Analysis will be instrumental in supporting data delivery, reporting, and insights in support of the organization. Your primary objective will be to enhance the visibility and delivery of accurate data and insights throughout the Indirect channel in support of our leadership strategy and decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Define and document technical requirements for the Indirect Channel to better drive visibility of results and insights.
Process Optimization: Create data flow diagrams, process models, and automation to enhance data processing and integration.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve data issues across various platforms and applications to ensure data integrity and alignment.
Collaboration: Conduct cross-functional meetings with other team leads to ensure timely and precise deployment of change requests.
Data Analysis: Utilize statistical methods and common analytics tools (SQL, PowerBI, Python, etc.) to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
Reporting: Create clear, factual, precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports in areas such as product, sales growth, trends, customer and subchannel attributes, and other relevant metrics.
Experience / Skills:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
Proven experience with SQL, data analytics tools, and platforms.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Proactive and anticipatory problem-solving abilities.
Ability to make sense out of various disparate data sources.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Our Lead Data Analysis, earn between $130,700 - $196,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
