We are looking for a motivated Digital Customer Growth Traffic Forecaster to help us predict and optimize web traffic based upon macro-economic trends, media and marketing influence, customer behaviors and various other factors.

About this Role

As a Digital Customer Growth Traffic Forecaster, you will be responsible for analyzing and predicting trends in digital traffic across consumer and business to enhance our customer acquisition growth strategies. You will work closely with the marketing, media, data analytics, and product development teams to forecast web traffic and customer behavior, ensuring our digital channels are optimized for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement models to forecast digital traffic and customer growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust forecasting models as needed to improve accuracy.
  • Analyze historical data to identify patterns and trends in customer behavior and traffic flow.
  • Collaborate with marketing and data teams to develop actionable insights that drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to web traffic and customer growth.
  • Utilize statistical tools and software to enhance forecasting accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide recommendations based on forecasting data to optimize marketing campaigns and digital strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact digital traffic and customer growth.

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in forecasting.
  • Proven experience in digital traffic forecasting or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to executive leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, or similar.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and dashboarding tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Our Lead Digital Customer Growth Traffic Forecaster earns between 143,800.00 - 215,800.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
