Work Schedule: This position requires 5 days per week in the office.

Work Location: Dallas, Texas (No Relocation provided)

Summary of Duties:

  • Serve as the industry subject matter expert for Business products by accessing, verifying, organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing market trends, competitive intelligence, earnings, economic indicators, and sales data. Define requirements for analysis, perform analysis, and assess potential business impact.
  • Forecast future market research needs to support current and planned AT&T services, aiding leadership in making strategic decisions about market plans.
  • Provide year-over-year and variance analysis/drivers of updated market forecasts.
  • Manage research studies and present findings on new market areas and future market conditions.
  • Assess competitors' quarterly earnings reports and deliver key competitive insights on volume trends, pricing, product offers, and distribution compared to AT&T's business product portfolios for both wireline and wireless products.
  • Summarize forecast and share product groups into a single executive-level presentation.
  • Tackle complex issues where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Develop holistic stories that integrate data from multiple sources and drive actionable insights for marketing teams and executives.
  • Lead cross-functional, advanced analytics initiatives in collaboration with Product, Channel, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data, insights, and form recommendations related to company strategies, new products, and marketing tactics.
  • Offer consultation to all levels of marketing to identify opportunities and assess threats to market share and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends in comparison to AT&T strategies and effectively communicate these insights in both written and verbal formats, differentiating from other market players and dynamics.
  • Prepare presentation materials with clear reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids to support findings. Present findings to leadership in a persuasive, passionate, and articulate manner.

Our Lead Market Research & Analysis earn between $130,700 - $196,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
