The Real Estate Portfolio Manager is responsible for supporting Retail Real Estate operations by managing and maximizing the performance of our real estate portfolio while controlling expenses and developing efficient maintenance procedures.
Facilitate lease management with GRE Lease Administration, including, but not limited to: managing landlord/3rd party requests, lease renewals and amendments, and Legal notifications.
Support internal stakeholders in execution of our optimization strategy for existing stores. provides contractual rights and obligations of current leases.
Prepare and present renewal and portfolio strategy recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Maintain an overall knowledge of “Best Practices” in Portfolio Management field particularly in processes, procedures, and legalities across the nation.
Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, property performance, identify cost savings initiatives and drive store optimization.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure the successful operation and management of properties.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and adherence to targets.
What we are looking for:

Superior expertise in real estate concepts and documentation.
Possesses an established broad real estate network which enables the candidate to be resourceful and get to solutions quickly.
Portfolio Optimization
Highly developed market analysis skills.
Seasoned and well-honed financial skills able to apply financial modeling techniques and critical analytical frameworks to solve for effective real estate decisions and outcomes.
Experienced dealmaker with strong negotiation skills.
Analyzes and makes recommendations for underperforming real estate assets (e.g., closing, lease re-negotiation)
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, MBA preferred.
Experience: Typically 5-8 years of experience in related field and or certification may be required.
Supervisory: No.
Relocation assistance is not available.
Ready to work 3-5 days in the office per week
Our Lead Portfolio Mgmt/Transactions, earn between $105,600 - $158,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
