Overall Purpose: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Experience Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be driven by a commitment to serving customers first and creating best-in-class experiences. The role is responsible for driving the development, execution, and lifecycle management of Business products and services. This includes ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives, managing the business case and P&L, and delivering high-quality solutions that maximize customer value. These products and services cater to small, medium, and global business customers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Ensure seamless transitions through each lifecycle stage and ongoing product performance.
  • Manage budgets, acquire estimates, and handle requests for funding through the capital process.
  • Coordinate with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, sales support, and marketing teams as products move to production and distribution.

Define and Document Requirements:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive business cases.
  • Analyze customer needs and identify priorities for new products, services, or enhancements.

Conduct Market Research and Analysis:

  • Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer segments, and opportunities to delight our customers.
  • Conduct research and analysis on defined products.

Develop and Maintain Product Roadmaps:

  • Create and maintain detailed experience roadmaps, product documentation, results reports/analysis, and project plans.
  • Ensure alignment with market needs and business objectives.
  • Define and drive initiatives to grow revenue and margin.

Collaborate with Stakeholders and UX Design:

  • Partner with business, technology, UX teams, and third-party technology partners to design or modify products, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Ensure alignment with budget and schedule specifications and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product development and lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent budget management and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing both residential and business product lines is a plus.

Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
