We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Marketing to design, develop, and implement launch strategies and programs for the AT&T Fiber MDU business. The goal is to effectively position products and services within the AT&T portfolio, drive engagement, and support growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct and Analyze Investigative Studies:
Manage comprehensive studies to evaluate market share, assess the effectiveness of current marketing and sales programs, and explore the feasibility of new products.
Utilize statistical tools to interpret data, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop and Present Research Findings:
Create detailed reports summarizing research outcomes.
Present these findings to marketing management and other stakeholders using clear visual aids to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
Facilitate Effective Plans:
Collaborate with marketing management to develop and refine marketing plans and programs based on research insights.
Ensure alignment with strategic goals and market opportunities.
Consult on Opportunities:
Provide expert consultation at all levels of marketing to identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities.
Assess departmental improvements for enhanced marketing information and effectiveness.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Perform additional tasks such as continuous monitoring of market trends, secondary data analysis, customer segmentation, journey mapping, and other duties to support the marketing and research functions.

Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Product Marketing earn between $143,800 - $215,800 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
