Lead Sourcing Management manages the business and contract relationships with major landlords for the mobility cell site network within the Tower Strategies organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides contract administration of master lease agreements with major tower companies. Primary point of contact for assigned landlords and is the subject matter expert and provides interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations.
-Responsible for commercial contract issues, negotiations and/or administration of agreements including renewals and new business. Interfaces with field/market personnel to resolve disputes and escalates issues to leadership as necessary. Administers contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents and reviews and evaluates landlord requests for changes in or revisions of contracts.
-Assists in the development of long and short-term objectives to ensure that programs and efforts are directed toward achieving company goals. May initiate corrective action to assure objectives are met. Assists in the establishment and administration of Tower Strategies policies, procedures and systems.
- Participates in the development of goals and budgets for area of responsibility. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Experience:
Typically 5 to 7 years of mobility cell site network leasing experience including experience with master lease agreements. Knowledge of AT&T’s cell site development process and tools is a significant benefit.

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&Ts compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Our Lead Soucing Management, earns between $94,300.00-$141,500.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
