Overall Purpose: This role is integral to our technical organizations, focusing on the implementation, improvement, support, and leadership of processes, strategies, communications, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage. A comprehensive understanding of technical organizational processes, procedures, tools, applications, and systems, combined with a strong business acumen, is essential.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks include, but are not limited to:
Internal Process Design and Implementation:
Define, design, and implement processes and improvements within the technical organization.
Deploy tools and implement Agile methodology.
Compliance Support:
Create and manage compliance policies, standards, and processes.
Manage audit and compliance reviews.
Conduct process and quality reviews and audits.
Oversee vendor management and relations.
Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Financial Oversight:
Conduct financial modeling and analysis.
Prepare and review business cases.
Manage IT project management, the front door process, and financials.
Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain metrics, scorecards, and performance analyses.
Identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
Planning and Strategy:
Coordinate infrastructure programs and manage roadmaps.
Engage in strategic and tactical planning activities.
Create communications for technical organizations.

You will lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions, mentoring less experienced staff, implementing long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborating with senior leadership.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or Business is desired.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Compensation: Our Lead Technical Business Management professionals earn between $118,800 and $178,200 USD annually. Starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. In addition to competitive pay, AT&T offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
