Our team is looking for a Lead Technical Business Manager who is passionate about organizational and enhancing development cash spend and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Lead Technical Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial targets for multiple initiatives in the Mass Markets and/or Technology Strategic Priority space, along with performing ad hoc analytical deep dives when needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage upward of $75M-$100M+ in Dev Cash initiatives.
Monthly financial readouts to Initiative Owners and Analysts.
Assist in financial exercises to help build overall portfolio outlooks for consumption by the CFO organization as well as executive technology leadership.
Lead the CPMO (capital management) role for 5+ initiatives.
Ability to understand the linkage between financial actuals contractor actuals.
Ability to forecast initiatives using financial analytics and educate clients on whether ramp up or reductions are needed to hit financial targets.
Develop a consultative mindset that enables strong, tight partnerships, and effectively manage these key relationships with internal clients. Many portfolio data elements are uncovered in the course of productive relationships with partners which becomes crucial for driving good outcomes.
Assist in discussions around enhancements of the tools and processes that support the enhancing portfolio. e.g., EnterpriseOne, CPFM, Bolt, INGOT, etc.
Ability to decipher the differences and similarities between Doer and Owner budgets and explain to clients
Required Qualifications:
5+ years experience of strong financial analytical reporting
5+ years experience working with financial actuals
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred; or Business Analyst nanodegree.
Knowledge of the MS PowerBI development flow and how it can be used to drive reporting and visualizations from financial systems
Knowledge of CPFM and/or experience in the CPMO role
Demonstrated ability to work well with clients, even in situations where mutual interests are not in alignment
The ability to innovate great, efficient, and automated solutions to challenges that arise
Vendor Management experience
Portfolio Management experience
Knowledge of the Technology Strategic Priority
Knowledge of E1, PRISM, BOLT, CPFM, INGOT
Working experience with contractor actuals
A Lead Tech Business Manager earns between
$106,100.00 - $178,200.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
