The Employee Experience & Development Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic, non-technical projects aimed at improving employee engagement, training effectiveness, and overall workplace experience. This individual will design, execute, evolve, and support programs that support career development, coaching, and skill-building while ensuring alignment with business objectives and frontline needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects that enhance employee development, engagement, and workplace culture.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across various business units (Retail, Care, Home Experts, etc.) to identify opportunities for improving the employee experience.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives that support coaching, training, onboarding, and career progression.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess program effectiveness, measure employee sentiment, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Operations teams to ensure project initiatives are effectively integrated into existing frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging employee feedback, market research, and best practices.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company priorities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership, using strong analytical and storytelling skills.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into action.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Experience working across multiple business channels, such as Retail, Care, and Home Experts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • PowerBI experience is a plus.

Our Senior Project Mgmt earn between 84,900.00 - 127,300.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Salary Range:

$94,300.00 - $158,400.00
