Performs non-technical project management work focused on internal ATT projects. Typically manages these projects from initiation through delivery. The incumbents are responsible for meeting the project requirements by applying project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Executive Communication:
Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and project teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Prepare and deliver high-level presentations, reports, and updates to senior executives and stakeholders.
Translate complex project details into concise, actionable insights for decision-makers.
Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation through to successful completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Analytics:
Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to monitor project performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all project reporting and analysis activities.
Conducts end to end project management of large or multiple large projects.
Works as a team member or runs individual projects and is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.
Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and identifies resources.
Projects are complex in nature, sometimes follow a repeatable framework, typically span multiple groups, and require analytical skills in defining scope and objectives.
Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Communicates to client/vendors.
Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience. PMP Certification desired. If you have a PM Certification, please list it on your Resume.
Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years’ Supply Chain experience.
Supervisory: No.
Our Senior Project Managers earn between $105,600 - $158,400 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
