Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Assists the officer in management of daily activities.
Interacts with top-level contacts on highly sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact and diplomacy.
Interacts with executive, administrative and line management personnel, external customers, large investors, board members, dignitaries, media and vendors. Reviews and prioritizes communication and takes appropriate action without advance approval.
Schedules meetings and appointments, plans without advance approval. Composes correspondence, presentations, and reports using a variety of computer software.
Prioritizes assignments and tasks under general direction.
Perform a variety of administrative duties such as processing bills, vouchers, requests, payroll, personnel, and budgets.
Coordinate requests for workspace, service, and office equipment and other programs such as charitable campaigns, employee recognition and records retention.
Provides guidance for other executive assistants and managers in the organization regarding administrative practices.
Required Qualifications:
An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems. Works with independent judgement on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions. Actions impact efficiency costs, schedules and client relationships. Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams.

Desired Qualifications:
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and prioritize workload. This includes maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring that deadlines are met.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to interact professionally with executives, staff, clients, and other stakeholders. This includes drafting emails, preparing reports, and sometimes representing the executive in meetings or communications.
Discretion and Confidentiality: High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Understanding the importance of privacy and security in dealing with executive-level communications and documents.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools. Familiarity with calendar management, video conferencing platforms, and other productivity software.
Problem-Solving and Initiative: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues. Demonstrating initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvements and taking the necessary steps to implement them.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Senior Specialist Executive Assistant's earn between $79,200 - $118,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
