DUTIES: Provide governance, functional triage, customer impact assessments, and major launch event support for consumer accounts, support websites, and mobile apps. Responsible for problem management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) assessments. Drive the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) by moving from traditional operations reporting and tracking focus to a DevOps focus. Establish an operations intake model for production defects and issues reported by stakeholders. Collaborate with various teams to support defects, perform incident triage, and provide status during major launch events. Drive ETAs and SLAs of production tickets and issues. Provide visibility on CTX application problem tickets to product and external organization leaders. Complete trend and error analysis of various customer journeys. Create problem tickets for resolution and outage and incident avoidance. Establish production quality and reliability Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for product teams. Track, report, and follow up to ensure product teams are meeting quality SLOs. Develop the operations of customerfacing systems. Build and maintain web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Work with front end frameworks including React and Angular. Utilize server-side rendering technologies, Salesforce applications, and in cloud technologies and architectures. Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and RCA governance. Establish proactive and automated monitoring and alerting for chronic root cause issues. Establish improvement plans and drive established improvement plans through resolution. Develop and operate customer-facing systems and perform production defect management. Perform sanity health checks to ensure the quality and reliability of applications. Initiate and drive tech enablers with various product teams to improve applications and the customer experience. Perform impact analysis using Splunk and Quantum Metric. Work with Agile frameworks using Agile Craft and Jira Align. Use C, C++, Postman, SoapUI, and HP ALM. Utilize Visual Basic, Tealeaf, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, and Catchpoint. Apply advanced knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL, Selenium, Linux, Unix, Dynatrace, and ELK (Elasticsearch).
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or Computer Engineering and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation being responsible for problem management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) assessments; building and maintaining web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; working with front end frameworks including React and Angular; utilizing server-side rendering technologies, Salesforce applications, and in cloud technologies and architectures; developing and operating customer-facing systems and performing production defect management; performing impact analysis using Splunk and Quantum Metric; working with Agile frameworks using Agile Craft and Jira Align; using C, C++, Postman, SoapUI, and HP ALM; utilizing Visual Basic, Tealeaf, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, and Catchpoint; and applying advanced knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL, Selenium, Linux, Unix, Dynatrace, and ELK (Elasticsearch).
