Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting processes related to sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates to meet staffing needs and organizational objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Supporting full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for domestic and/or international roles. • Offer Management: Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the offer details. Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience. • Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and preparing necessary reports for management. • Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to employer branding and marketing, Management or Non-Management (union bargaining) full cycle support, understanding hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, data analysis, building talent pipelines, providing consultation, training & mentoring, and/or event management.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Senior Talent Acquisition earn between $96,000 - $144,000 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
