Position Requirements:
Overall Purpose:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic entry-level public relations specialist to join the Enterprise Business team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of effective communication strategies, helping to enhance the company’s reputation and engage with various stakeholders.
Key Roles, Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Support Internet of Things and AT&T Ventures groups by creating and distributing essential communications materials
Build and maintain media lists
Support events and conferences
Manage communications plans and programs
Draft social media posts
Conduct research to identify media opportunities and industry trends
Draft backgrounders and blogs, maintain/update messaging, and interact with reporters
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive problem-solving approach
Education:
Preferred: Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in communications/marketing field
Experience:
Typically 1-3 years of experience in a related field
Salary:
Specialist Consultant Public Relations earn between $79,200 - $118,800 USD annually
Starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training
