What you'll do:
Supporting the design, development or administration of Executive Compensation plans and processes.
Focus on client consulting, data analysis, providing input to process improvement or program design in related areas of compensation or a specific subject matter area (short term incentives, equity, deferred comp, SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, etc.).
Auditing, creating or updating jobs and job descriptions; Supporting the administration of company processes and plans; Administering short/long term cash, stock-based programs and perquisite programs
Collaborating with external vendors to develop, administer, or evaluate programs.
Participating in and evaluating compensation survey data
Developing PowerPoint presentations and/or communication efforts across the Compensation function
Responsible for using general knowledge to support, guide or resolve executive compensation related matters.

Our Senior Specialist Exec Comp earns between $87,200 - $130,800 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
