What you'll do:

  • Supporting the design, development or administration of Executive Compensation plans and processes.
  • Focus on client consulting, data analysis, providing input to process improvement or program design in related areas of compensation or a specific subject matter area (short term incentives, equity, deferred comp, SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, etc.).
  • Auditing, creating or updating jobs and job descriptions; Supporting the administration of company processes and plans; Administering short/long term cash, stock-based programs and perquisite programs
  • Collaborating with external vendors to develop, administer, or evaluate programs.
  • Participating in and evaluating compensation survey data
  • Developing PowerPoint presentations and/or communication efforts across the Compensation function
  • Creating or presenting custom reports
  • Formulating recommendations regarding job evaluations, salary analysis, compensation analytics and organizational structures
  • Responsible for using general knowledge to support, guide or resolve executive compensation related matters.
  • engage with participants, and adapt communication styles to different audiences is crucial. This includes both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with short term incentives, equity, deferred comp and SEC filings.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience and knowledge to support, guide or resolve executive compensation related matters
  • Support compensation communications and compensation policies
  • Effective communication: The ability to clearly convey information.

    Education: Typically Bachelors of Art or Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

    Supervisory: No.

    Our Senior Specialist Exec Comp earns between $87,200 - $130,800 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
