About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tier 2 Authentication Support Technician to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in troubleshooting authentication issues across various identity and access management solutions. This role requires familiarity with FIDO2 technologies and multiple multi-factor authentication (MFA) tools. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise along with outstanding customer-facing interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve authentication issues for various identity and access management solutions.
Support and manage FIDO2 technologies and various MFA authentication tools.
Provide second-tier technical support and resolve complex technical problems related to authentication.
Collaborate with Tier 1 support and other technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain and update documentation related to authentication support processes and solutions.
Assist in the implementation and configuration of authentication solutions.
Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of authentication systems.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in authentication and identity management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with web browsers and general PC and Mac operating systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with identity and access management solutions.
Knowledge of FIDO2 protocols and various MFA tools.
Certification in relevant technologies or systems is a plus.

Our Sr Specialist Technology Security, earns between $96,000.00-$144,000.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
