As the Business Office Lead within the AT&T Technology Risk team, you will be responsible for facilitating and enhancing AT&T Technology Risk Business Office communications and operations. Increasing levels of regulatory requirements demand additional risk management rigor, and we must implement highly resilient, reliable, and effective solutions that meet and in some cases exceed performance standards found in other information rich industries.
Reporting to the Director of Technology Risk Business and Program Office, you will work with Technology Risk Leadership to develop and deliver executive communications, organization-based deliverables and facilitate key tech risk support functions. This is not a supervisory position.
Responsibilities
Lead and improve the development and operation of Tech Risk Business Office including:
Communication Plan
Executive Communications
Staffing
Budgeting
Other Organization Deliverables as needed
Support Tech Risk teams regarding tech risk competency assessments (communications, process, results, etc.).
Develop strong relationships and interact with CSO, Tech Risk and Technology Services teams to coordinate activities.
Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in technology, operational risk management, or a related discipline at a global company
5+ years of work experience in risk, control and governance disciplines (e.g. Risk Management, Audit, Information Security, Regulatory Compliance)
5+ years of work experience implementing, operating and improving tech risk functions including:
Risk documentation
CMMI Maturity assessments
Risk assessment processes
GRC solutions design, configuration, and administration
Strongly-rated skills in:
Documentation and communications creation.
Communications
Problem solving and program execution.
Knowledge of information and technology risk management policies, methods, standards, frameworks, tools, and processes (e.g. COBIT, NIST, ITIL) as well as knowledge of compliance, legal, internal / external audit & regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, PCI)
Effective at navigating large corporations and governance structures.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to high performing teams.
MS Office expertise especially PowerPoint and Project.
SharePoint Development experience preferred.
Related BS or advanced degree preferred.
Background/Experience in Cybersecurity and/or SOX preferred.
Our Cybersecurity Lead – Technology Risk – Business Office Lead earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
