About the Role:
The Network security lead engineering position architects the domain level network segmentation and perimeter-based controls for AT&T’s corporate, cloud, on-prem and telco environments. The role implements isolation and network segmentation for perimeter security enforcement using network routers and firewalls. Strong collaboration and communication skills with security and network expertise to validate requirements, testing and roll-out of features, and proving tier 4 support of production environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Position will engineer, test, and deploy network architecture to implement network segmentation between various AT&T domains to harden the perimeter security. Elevate security controls and monitoring by establishing a tools DMZ with firewall configurations. Provides controlled access for end-user, application, and tooling to wireline/mobility network elements.

Location / Additional Location (if any): Bangalore, India
Overall Experience: 7+ years
Primary / Mandatory skills: Juniper router, Cisco routers, Network Security, Access control lists, BGP route controls and router protection techniques.
Flexible to provide coverage in US morning hours on a need-basis, and as required Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Experience working in an environment where coordination with multiple teams is essential to success Ability to prioritize individual/group work in a high-stress and time-bound environment
Additional information (if any):
Education Qualification: Bachelors in Computer science, Telecommunication engineering or equivalent.
Certifications (if any specific): Network security and vendor router certifications desired.
