Role Overview: As an IT IT Systems Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for providing dependable IT support for the BMC BHCO Application. You will operate within a highly technical infrastructure environment and interact both internally and with clients. Your role will encompass application monitoring, problem management, change implementation, and coordination with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform application monitoring and response, managing and resolving application problems.
Implement application change management and configuration.
Schedule, tune, and configure application and infrastructure components.
Provide support for the BMC BHCO Application.
Coordinate with application developers and other teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Experience with Linux, Windows, and Cloud Infrastructure platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot network issues, with advanced user or administrator-level experience in Linux OS.
Basic understanding of Networking, TCP/IP, infrastructure management tools, remote desktops, VMware, OpenStack, and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in shell scripting (sh/ksh/bash) and knowledge of Python is a plus.
Familiarity with containerized environments, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Strong application support and root-cause analysis skills.
Excellent IT technical support and English language skills.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers.

Positive attitude and strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments.
Quick learner of new technologies with minimal supervision.

Salary:
Salary for Slovakia startingfrom 2,400 EUR gross monthly.
The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
